MCCH`s Cardiac Cath Lab seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT).  This is a part time position and is eligible for some benefits. The days and hours will vary but will be between 16-29/ hrs a week.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting cardiologist in the pre, post, and intra-procedure care, providing teaching/follow-up to patients and their families, and the management of information for patients undergoing invasive cardiology procedures.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials with the National Board of Respiratory Care

• Respiratory Care Practitioner Kentucky state license 

• Compliance with Continuing Education requirements

• Current BLS & ACLS certifications

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited program for Respiratory Care.

Minimum Work Experience:

• 1 year of Critical Care, ER, Cath Lab, or Perioperative experience required
