Horizon Health, the nation’s leader in psychiatric contract management, is seeking LPN’s for our  Geriatric inpatient psychiatric program at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY.    

The LPN works under the direction of a unit coordinator/staff nurse/department director of assigned unit along with house supervisor. Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his or her preparation. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staffs and other hospital departments.

Sreening Requirement:

• Respirator Fit Test

Required Certifications:

• LPN License (KY or Compact)
• CPR
